COMPETITION

The Bacon Beatdown is Central Florida’s LARGEST fitness Competition and has been since its inception in 2013. If you love fitness, competing and hanging out with your friends, all in the epic setting of a giant expo center filled with vendors and fitness fans, we’ve got something for you! Oh, and did we mention it’s right across the street from Daytona Beach in July?

This year, we have 22 individual divisions and 10 3-person same-sex team divisions, with ages ranging from 8-10 up to Grand Masters 50+, and everything in between. Beginners and Kids will have 3 workouts and a floater on Friday, and all other divisions will have 6 full workouts over Saturday and Sunday, including our iconic beach wod. We strive to have balanced, fun programming that allows every athlete to show the skills, strength, and motor they’ve been working on.

Date: July 24-26, 2020 (Kids/Beginners on Friday, Int-Rx-Masters-Elite Sat/Sun)
Time: Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 7am-3pm (Schedule subject to change, current as of 5/5/20)

This event is mostly indoor, however most athletes will be participating in one event that takes place outdoors. Tents are not necessary nor allowed inside the Event Hall.

Minimum $500 Cash Prize for Individuals, $750 for Teams, that will grow as the division does. For every registrant after 15 in a given division, we will add $25/athlete and $75/team to the pool.
